  • Establish/Re-establish relationships, rapport, & connections within Schuylkill County community on behalf of Luther Ridge. Including, but not limited to: Hospitals, Personal Care Communities, Rehab Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health/Hospice entities, Senior Outreach Services, Marketing/Caregiver Groups, Volunteer and Religious groups, other community entities and potential referral partners
  • Conduct consistent outreach to all community referral partners, prioritizing based on volume
  • Emphasizing communication with social workers and case managers to ensure smooth communication and optimal processes when called upon
  • Attend and/or host community events monthly to foster community presence both within Luther Ridge as well as within other community entities
  • In conjunction with Maintenance and Executive Director, oversee room readiness for all potential and actual move-ins
