• I was responsible for taking customers orders by answering the phone and writing them down. I was also responsible for taking orders off of the tablets.
• I handled the cash register.
• I provided the upmost customer service to ensure customers enjoyed their experience while waiting on food to be finished or when there was a customer complaint.
• I was responsible for bagging and double checking the orders whether pick up or delivery.

• I also worked the grill, the fryer station, pizza stations, and sandwich station by making the customers orders as they came in.

I handled many front of house, drive thru, and back of house postilions.

• I was responsible for taking orders at the front of house when the customers came in as well as handling the cash register. I was responsible for taking orders in the drive thru window as well has handling the cash register and getting the drinks they ordered ready for the customers.
• I worked back of house and was responsible for working the fryer station as well as the sandwich making stations insuring the customers orders were made correctly per the customers request
• I was responsible for training new employees in the front of house postilions.
• When it was was not at a peak rush hour i would also handle washing and sanitizing the dishes.

I handled many front of house positions.

• I worked the cash register for both front of house and the drive thru.
• I made the customers drink orders whether soda or milkshakes.
• I handled bagging up the customers orders as they came in. I was responsible for double checking the order to make sure it was correct.
• I was responsible for running orders out to customers who ordered curbside pickup.
• I took orders outside for drive thru.
• I was responsible for greeting the customers and providing the best customer service to make sure the customers enjoyed their experience.
• I adapted quickly to changing tasks and priorities during peak hours.
