  • Discovered a barrier to guest experience in Quality Assurance Reviews. Partnered with my Operations Manager and the QA Team to revisit the efficacy of QARs. Shared discovery with the GEC Manager and Senior Manager. Resulted in increased Team QAR scores, QAR processes optimization to allow Educators a more guest-centric approach, and increased collaboration between QA and Insights and Analytics to create long-term strategy alignment to meet all service level agreements.
  • Delivered personalized career coaching focusing on individual strengths resulting in 100% retention on my team and increased retention across the GEC. 20% of my team advanced to Resolutions Support roles, representing 21% of all RS promotions.
  • Led a team of 15 Educators who exceeded target bonuses throughout 4 Periods, marking our team as the only one in the Guest Education Center (GEC) to achieve this milestone at the time.

  • Created and facilitated leadership meetings and Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase performance metrics and analyze guest feedback to implement new strategies. By delegating said actions to my leadership team, our store become a “Top 40” performing store in the country, achieving $2 million in sales in one Quarter and over $1 million in sales in one Period.
  • Optimized change management strategies and successfully launched company wide initiatives at two separate lululemon store locations such as: Hiring 2.0, Our Store Evolution (OSE) and Power of Educator (PoE).
