Recovery Platform Manager

• Manage a team of associates who own two platforms that house charged off loans such as credit cards, mortgage loans, automobile loans, deposit accounts, etc.
• Own credit bureau reporting for charged off loans.
• Ownership of compliance reporting reviews.

Business System Support Manager

• Managed a 24/7 system support team responsible for supporting the Collections and Recovery line of business.
• Worked closely with Compliance and Risk partners to ensure that all associate or customer impacting incidents were socialized and that appropriate change rigor was followed prior to any changes being made.
• Provided written and verbal updates to Senior Executives following any severity 1 incident.

Collections Strategies - Project Management

• Managed a multi year enterprise mortgage platform conversion project for Collections and Recovery.
• Hired a team of Product Owners and mortgage line of business SME's who helped create requirements and build out new functionality to support the new mortgage platform.
• Used this opportunity to onboard our Mortgage Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) team to the newly built out Collections Platform.

Various roles over the years:

• Channel Strategies Analyst- developed outreach strategies for past due credit card and loan customers. As part of the role, I developed the code needed to identify eligible customers. In addition to creating the strategies and creating the code, I performed monthly test vs. control analysis for the different strategies and vintages.
• Collections Strategies Manager - Managed our automated outbound dialer team as well as our Collections IVR team. In addition to managing these internal teams, I also managed the vendors who provided these services.
• Collections Strategies Platform Manager - ownership of our Collections platform as well as our dialer platform.

• Collected on delinquent consumer credit cards.
• Made credit decisions for Consumer Credit Cards and Consumer Loans.
• Successfully posted for a management development role.
• Created customer outreach strategies for delinquent credit card and loan customers.
