Passionate professional who is committed to both the history and future of Cavalcade of Bands. Including directors, staff, students, parents, administration and adjudicators at all levels of involvement. Driven to be responsible and involved with providing exceptional customer service to all key stakeholders, while exceeding goals and creating a culture of inclusion and innovation. Seeking to once again allow my passion for the CEO role help grow all areas of the association now and for years to come.

• Twenty-three-year percussion teaching and composition career with eleven Cavalcade schools
• In 1990, began a twenty-seven year and counting adjudication career with marching bands and indoor units, with many years also working in an administrative role
• Over this time span, I was honored to have been chose to judge ten marching band and four indoor percussion championships
