Currently I oversee 4 departments with 52 employees on multiple shifts. I write and am held accountable to over 3 million dollars in salary and supplies budget. I am expected to deliver on employee development and efficiency/quality gains quarterly. I hire, fire, train, coach and develop all of my employees. I have been extensively trained in a number problem solving methodologies and create spreadsheets and power points to detail and document progress on a variety of monthly, quarterly and yearly projects. My approach is to build rapport and trust with employees and peers in order to optimize outcomes.
