Serve as a cadet in the “No Fear Battalion,” developing leadership, discipline, and teamwork through the Army ROTC program. Participate in regular physical training, leadership labs, and military science coursework while learning small-unit tactics, decision-making, and problem-solving under pressure. Achieved the highest Army Fitness Test score 488/500 of the freshmen and sophomore classes. Upon graduation, will commission as an officer in the United States Army.
Joined the department before turning 16 and completed the 200-hour Firefighter I certification within my first year. Respond to emergency calls including fires, alarms, and accidents, assist with operations on scene, and participate in weekly training. Regularly spend additional time at the station helping maintain equipment and supporting firehouse operations.
Started in 8th grade designing and building handcrafted wooden American flags and crosses. Managed all aspects of the business including production, sales, and customer orders, and donated pieces to local members of Congress, fire departments, and police stations.
Cleared and reset tables to maintain quick seating turnover, greeted and seated guests, and handled takeout orders while assisting servers to keep service running smoothly.
