As a Senior Database Administrator I have successfully taken on various responsibilities to keep database systems online for internal applications also provides timely support for migrations from on - prem to cloud. Troubleshoot various SQL Performance issues and do query tuning. Works on T - SQL and Power shell to automate tasks.

• Performed SQL Server migrations for databases running on Windows OS 2012 to cloud or on-premises servers as a part of Tech Refresh project.

• Fixed differential backup failure issue due to LSN chain break by applying registry setting to VSS Writer to take copy only full backups on 500+ Azure VM's using PowerShell script.

• Created linked servers between Azure SQL and Azure Synapse also between Azure SQL and VM.

• Installed SQL Server 2019 on different cloud environments like AWS EC2, Azure VM, and GCP.

• Working on Red Gate for monitoring SQL Servers across all environments.

• Migrated databases from on premises to Azure SQL and Azure SQL MI.

• Created Always ON Availability Groups and configured listeners for Azure, AWS servers.

I started as a database admin for SQL Server and supported client projects like SABIC and General Electric. Implemented the SQL audit project and handled Azure and AWS database services.
