Accomplishments

With the support of my FA I became the regional champion for DaVita Rx due to the participation with patients signing up for medications. I've been to DSS classes, I've worked in numerous chronic and acute facilities. Throughout natural disaster, with the support of my home team, I was able to travel throughout the state's supporting teammate shortages. I worked in the outpatient setting where our unit became a hotspot due to multiple dialysis facilities in the area. With the support of my team we decided monthly events for our patients and teammates for moral support was best and I was in charge of that as well for 400 pts. and 100 teammates.
