Started in 0562 (Associate -MIL) heled deliver on adoption gaols and part of leadership team during the rollout of the EAC for dogs. Moved to Devon location to help close out and grand open store 2491 (MIL-ASL)

Moved to store 0564 to help rebuild leadership team and deliver great results.

Promoted to Store leader at 0570 and which we delivered 2 COE, 1 unofficial (took place during pandemic year so no official ranking)

Relocated to 564 to help rebuild Salon staffing and culture.

Relocated to store 1481 to rebuild total store, able to turn around location in 1 year and deliver a top 100 finish in the company. Missing COE based on tier but Accomplish out goal of Top 100. Built and team of ready now leader that allowed me to complete a stretch assignment and cover store 0560 while store leader is on LOA (October- Now)
