Post retirement I was asked to return with Parole Field services. I worked with Parole to implement a pilot program for violent and repeat offenders. The program, called the Intensive Supervision Unit, was launched as a regional pilot across the state in 2021. In my role, I met with offenders weekly to discuss their progress as they navigated the challenges of reentry. I provided resources for housing, employment, and treatment services to support their transition.
