  • I have filled in as a Lead court security officer and had to ensure the CSO's completed their jobs as required.

  • When promoted to a Corporal I was placed in charge of a squad of 8 Troopers and 2 civilian employees. Ensuring they were doing their jobs correctly and completing their paperwork on time.
  • When promoted to Sergeant I was in charge of the patrol unit in Erie which had 7 Corporals, 38 Troopers and 9 civilian employees. I was in charge of scheduling of shifts, court appearances, training and ensuring the Corporals were supervising their subordinates.
