The intention is to be a part of a dynamic organization that will allow utilization of problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills as a cross trained aircraft technician (avionics and mechanic); where valuable experience and ability to adapt quickly and effectively can be on full display (managing servicing and maintenance of up to 25 aircraft across 6 platforms).

2009 - Present: Jamaica Defence Force (Promoted to the rank of Sergeant)

2009 - 2011: Infanteer

• Maintained and supported national security.

2012 - 2014: Aircraft Maintenance Line Worker (Rotary Wing Aircraft - Bell 412 EP, 407 & 206 B3)

• Inspected, maintained, repaired, and tested aircraft systems.
• Interpreted technical publications and diagrams.
• Assisted with ground support equipment (GSE) maintenance, generating logs for any equipment that requires repair.
• Conducted flight line servicing operations (blade and skin wash, engine desalination wash, role equipment removal and installation, routine servicing and inspections: 50 hour, 100 hour, 200 hour, 500 hour and 1000 hour)

2015 - 2017: Aircraft Maintenance Line Worker and Supervisor (Fixed Wing Aircraft - DA 40 & 42)

• Inspection of aircraft structures in accordance with Service Bulletins (SB), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Aircraft Manuals.
• Inspection and assessment of corrosion and damage to aircraft structures .
• Assembly and fitting of parts.
• Assisted the Lead in ensuring the hangar work areas, including all locations and service vehicles are kept clean in an effort to maintain a safe work environment.

2017 - 2019: Aircraft Maintenance Line Worker and Supervisor (Rotary and Fixed Wing Aircraft - Bell 429, 505; Kingair 350)

• Assisted in the On the Job Training and instruction of personnel.
• Ensured that all replacement parts are inspected, eligible and properly certified prior to installation.
• Responsible to sign for accomplishment of own work on applicable work forms and records, and to review forms and records to ensure entries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Carried out Independent Checks when authorized as per company policies and procedures.

2020 - Present: Instructor, facilitator, trainer and mentor at the Caribbean Military Aviation School

• Prepared lesson plans, delivered modules, wrote and administered tests and exams.
• Acted as Head of Department (Avionics) on occasions; mandated to supervise and coordinate various procurement, administrative and organizational standard operating procedures.
