My communication skills a strong suit of mine given my ability to take and receive instructions, An I have worked with people from multiple backgrounds and different points of views which enables me to be able to listen to anyone and everyone with an unbiased view and be able to get points across in a clear concise manner.
LEADERSHIP
- I was the lead at capstone while there which enabled me to assign duties and truck handouts to the unloaders when the supervisor was not in the office, I as well over saw the breakdowns and workloads for the day. During my time at Honda I worked directly with our team lead to complete the quota of product daily, as well ensure the quality and inspect each frame before it was loaded onto the truck.
- Was also part time at auto zone for 2 years as a deliver/chase driver. Handling the delivery and retrieval of parts to and from fellow stores as well as commercial dealer in the surrounding area
