Becoming part owner and manager allowed me to partake in a wide variety of tasks such as food ordering, menu creation, daily prep, and line cooking. This position propelled me forward in advancing my career and learning the environment and operational procedures of a kitchen.
I started off as a dishwasher at Pudges before working my way up into the line cook position. After showing my skills in this role I was appointed into a management role. This allowed me to learn how to operate and manage my own kitchen while also delegating work to a full staff.
As a Picker/Packer/Loader I would operate forklifts and cherry pickers to pick items from shelves. I would pack and load them to be shipped out.
