In his four years with Klick he completely modernized the company's growth, reputation and digital capabilities turning a declining team into a growth engine and industry leader.
  • Modernized the strategy and go-to-market for Klick overall, as well as within and across each line of services & business - Established an approach to selling, solutioning, staffing and delivering that was highly differentiated, maximizing new business wins, stickiness, cross-selling and client lifetime value
  • Achievements: Modernized the strategy & go-to-market approach creating a competitive advantage which included over 30% growth and $100M incremental revenue in 2024.
  • Built & ran a growth engine to enable targeted & proactive 30% growth at Klick.
  • Reorganized, grew and led a previously declining technology, data, AI and analytics organization, increasing revenue by 45%.
  • Built and led a senior leadership team of six EVPs and SVPs leading a cross-functional global team of 600 in US, Canada, Eastern Europe & South America.

  • Grew Technology, Data and Analytics Capability Revenue by 45% in 2024 - As the industry contracted, we grew and expanded market share through a unique team, approach & value proposition.
  • Built and led a new breed of CX and digital transformation consultancy - Sold and delivered dozens of capability roadmaps for companies ranging from young biotechs, to BMS. Roadmaps enabled us to define and capture client capability investments across Klick's full offering.
  • Turnaround - Reorganize for simplicity, value, performance and 50% headcount / cost reduction. Unified capability teams (data, technology, analytics, PMO, delivery and consulting) under consulting. Simplified delivery model and identified underperforming employees and those whose skills did not align with our evolving needs. Delivered more quantity, quality and complexity with half the headcount.
  • CEO of Klick's integrated capability group (data, technology, delivery, consulting, analytics and AI) oversaw vision, evolution, growth and client retention of those teams, (600 prior to reorganization).
