  • Responsible for smooth, safe venue operations and patron experiences both outside and inside the venue, ensuring that screenings start on time. Managed venue volunteers and staff in a manner that is consistent with SIFF policies, procedures, and standards of customer service. Acted as an escalation point for any customer-service issues that arise for both box office and venue operations. Liaises with projectionists to ensure proper technical exhibition, and smooth intro and Q&A. Maintains awareness of emergency procedures and responsibilities for assigned venue(s), and supports in the event of an emergency. Managed balding procedures, making sure balloting is executed properly. Managed the setup and striking of all screening venue signage, furniture, and equipment. Oversees the standby line operations including clear communication about timing and potential for getting into the theater and optimization of sales. Fills out volunteer, staff or patron incident reports, notifying the Director of Operations of any incidents. Completes House Manager reports per screening.   • Assisted in managing the Box Office at 4 box office locations in Greeley, Colorado, at the Greeley Stampede, a 13 day multi-event rodeo including a 12,500 cap venue on the festival grounds. 6 Concerts, 6 Championship Rodeo events along with 2 bull riding events, a demolition derby and other one off ticketed events including a beer fest, whiskey and cigar event, Lego Brick Competition, among others. Box office and admissions hardware deployment and management were 2 of main duties as the ticketing lead, for an event selling over 250,000 tickets for the event.

  • Assisted in managing the Box Office at several screening locations including The Eccles('23), Egyptian('24), Holiday('23) and Library('25) Theaters in Park City, during the 10 day film festival. The Eccles Theatre included several premiers and is the largest venue at the festival. The Egyptian included several premiers and is one of the most popular venues at the festival. Liaising with press, talent, theatre management were all part of the constant communication in filling and refilling the 350-1600 seat theaters to the brim 7-8 times per day, managing peripheral scanning and mobile box office solutions along with digital waitlist systems, as well as box office team and volunteer staff.
