• Safely loaded and unloaded trucks.
• Moved pallets in and out of reserve steel in the customer area during customer hours safely without incident.
• Maneuvered forklift safely in congested and confined areas.

• Operated the scissor-lift to hang large product displays and other various tasks near the ceiling.

• Had extensive knowledge of the jewelry, technology, and tire shop stock.

I was hired by the artist "Nothing,Nowhere" to play drums in his live band. I have done two multi-week long full U.S. tours with him, as well as a 4 week tour in Europe opening up for Fall Out Boy. I have also been touring since I was a teenager with multiple projects that I have more creative control over. Here are some aspects of touring:

• Managed tour logistics, including booking shows, coordinating travel accommodations, and promoting events.
• Helped design, order, organize, and package merchandise for sale.
• Extensively driven large, heavy vehicles with trailers long distances and through large congested cities.
• Cultivated a social media presence to help further my musical ventures.
• Helped to write, record, and play drums on several acclaimed records.
• Familiarized myself with musical gear and products pertaining to not only my instrument, but guitar, bass, vocals, and overall live production.
• Learned many useful live and studio production techniques.

When the club was struggling to find employees to work the tire shop, I stepped into the role for about 3 months until they could build up a work force again. After that, I went back to my old position as Forklift Operator/Merchandiser, as this is where they needed me the most. This was a great learning opportunity for me as I learned quite a few new skills:

• Rotated, mounted and balanced tires on cars, trucks, and vans.
• Serviced customer vehicles quickly and accurately to meet daily appointment schedules.
• Collaborated with team members to complete complex repair jobs effectively and efficiently without incident.
• Gave customers specialized recommendations and up-sold better tires that last longer and perform better.
• Operated the cash registers to process transactions.
• Talked to customers on the phone to schedule appointments and order tires.
• Repaired punctured tires.

I worked as one of the opening breakfast servers at the restaurant inside of the hotel, Ember and Vine. This job only ended because of the pandemic lockdown in 2020. Here is what I would do:

• Cultivated a clean environment for customers.
• Helped to restock our premium breakfast and brunch buffet.
• Boosted overall sales by confidently recommending daily specials and upselling menu items.
• Trained new hires on restaurant policies, procedures, and exceptional customer service standards.
• Handled very large parties.
• Delivered room service.
• Tended the bar, pouring beers and wines, making simple cocktails during lunch hours.
• Worked several large banquets.
