In tandem work with Head of Customer success to research bench line statistics to analyze current trends in regard to our client companies and then generating predictions for the final quarter of 2023 and the first two quarters of 2024
Work included shadowing calls with clients and understanding the metrics and variables that clients valued and wanted to be part of the model we used to generate predictions for the following quarters
To generate predictions, we used online trends to create a raw prediction column for each quarter, then I used the excel spreadsheet to generate a logit model on Stata

Customer Service Intern

Worked closely with the marketing department to discuss plans on how to market and advertise new products that were approaching their release date
Work included talking to cyclists and triathletes about what facets of apparel they saw the most value in and creating plans to market each of them accordingly
Being part of a relatively smaller company, work would often extend to taking inventory, as well as some aspects of customer service (Calls, emails, meetings, etc.)

Founded and led literacy initiative at my school which led to educating over a dozen rural women in spoken and written English
