- Consumer Domain: Developed solution architectures for various Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) based on architecture that is on AWS cloud and has data outbound and inbound ingestion to/from the Xfinity Consumer Data Platform (XCDP) audience platform
- Product enhancement with AEP (RT-CDP, ACC): Lead initiatives utilizing Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Campaign Classic for improved customer targeting and journey personalization, aligning with marketing objectives within the Mar Tech organization
- Hands on experience in Adobe Web SDK and Mobile SDK, XDM Schema Definition and AJO.
- Designed and developed a library which is used to ingest data science models into AEP based on propensity scores.
- Worked on designing and architecting solutions for AWS cloud-based and open systems/tools, like Databricks, etc., for data ingestion, and AWS S3 storage for data storage and migration
- Build solutions that can read customer and consumer intent on the UI and app based on their engagements on each page visit, URL clicks, banner clicks, etc., via the Adobe Web SDK tool, which would then write those to the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to enable personalized content and deals display on the UI to upsell various Comcast lines of business (LOBs)
- For the buy-flow process, I architected design solutions for plan builder pages to be able to consume the Enterprise Decision Engine (EDE) offer engine and rules engine, with various qualification modules, to present offers suitable to the individual while building their purchase plans on the offers page
- Developed end-to-end solutions for various rules-based engines for the Enterprise Decision Engine (EDE) that would use qualified audiences from the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

- Designed and developed the Device Management UI application end-to-end, and served as the subject matter expert for the application
- Device Management is a front-end application developed to fulfill all types of pending orders, as well as L4L swap orders, whether it's for a new or an existing Xfinity customer with repackage
- With the help of this tool, agents can add new devices (both Active and Inactive) to the customer's account, remove any type of device from the account, and swap the existing devices with the new ones as per the customer's needs
- The product was a huge success
