Council of Trustees Scholarship (COTS)

• Awarded to incoming freshmen attending West Chester University as a member of the Honors College.
• Covers full in-state tuition and is renewable for all 4 years, pending excellent academic standing within the Honors College, including the maintenance of a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average.

Dr. Richard P. Flannery Memorial Scholarship

• Awarded to two high school seniors selected by their respective schools based on their classroom and athletic prowess, sportsmanship, and character.
• In order to receive this award, one must be ranked in the top quarter of their graduating class, and be committed to attend a post-secondary institution.
