When I started at Pepperidge Farms/Campbells Soup Co. (Denver Pa Plant) I was a (GBH) general bake shop helper. I learned up to 23 jobs including supervising and Line Leader up to a crew of 100 team members. my main job was Bread Line Mixer. Prior job, I was a general manager at a garment factory called Rags to Riches (Terre Hill Pa) overseeing shipping and receiving customer service in supervising the factory of a crew up to 10 team members. I am a very hard-working employee and team player. I work well with others. And I am always open to improvement upon myself and the workplace. I listen well to my team members and always take their opinions and ideals into consideration when working. I have worked with Pepperidge Farms for many years. And I have learned many things that have made me a stronger better person as well. As a better leader and team player.
