Leads programs such as study, worship, fellowship, and service opportunities. Preaches applicable sermons grounded in scripture. Coordinates special services such as weddings, funerals, and baptisms. Provides nurturing care for 6 month old child in parent's home. Facilitates stimulating play, developmentally appropriate activities, calming nap time routines, nutritious meals, and regular hygiene care.

Oversees advertisement of rental units, reviews applications, facilitates tours and interviews of potential tenants. Manages tenant lease and rental payments. Conducts regular check-ins with tenants, unit walk throughs, and ongoing property and building maintenances. Occasionally taking part in construction and renovations.
