• Cooperate with authorities, inspectors of classification companies and insurance companies to assure that the requirements for alterations, repairs or modifications are maintained at a minimum cost
• Periodically perform watches on board the ships to confirm that all the procedures embodied in the ships management systems are being followed completely and correctly
• Evaluate the performance of the personnel of all the fleet vessels
• Coordinate and evaluate jobs that has to be done at dry-dock
• Inspect the jobs and requisition in dry dock, ensuring that they are made in the correct manner fulfilling all the maritime regulations
