I worked in Yamanya Natural LLC for 3 years as Sushi chef and ordering from containers to seafood. In this three years, i have learned a lot of filleting salmon and doing special rolls including nigiri.
I can do variety of sushi rolls and I am good at filleting and slicing seafood I also got HACCP certificate and well understanding of HACCP principles I am good at english speaking and well communicate with my team members and customers I am fast and precise in my working field and can carry up to 50lbs
