As Manager of 11Direct Salesmen and leader of AMPs Power Utility Program , we obtained 100% of our assigned Sales quota in 1990 and 1991 . The Power Utility leadership  Team was also awarded the Malcom Baldridge Award from Florida Power and Light, now part of the Southern Companies. We presented the indepth quality and safety improvement in our AMPACT crimping tooling, used mainly by Linemen in overhead line power distribution applications .
