Started as a toolmaker at the Canton, PA, facility, then moved into the.

Tooling Manager position. I was in charge of the tool shop with eight tool makers covering two shifts.

In October 2004, I transferred to the Norwich Mfg. Facility that did the mold repairs and new mold builds for ShopVac Corp. The facility ran two shifts, with nine toolmakers.

In November of 2008, I was transferred to the corporate facility to manage

the development of new molds for two major projects. I traveled multiple times to China to oversee the development of the molds, working with multiple tool shops.
