- Collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and other therapists to implement goals and strategies specific to the IFSP.
- Maintaining and managing a caseload of 30 children with unique schedules, diagnoses, and varying needs.
- Building relationships with families and children from birth until age 3.
- Monitoring and documenting pertinent developmental progress, and assisting service coordinators in the transition to the 3 to 5 program.
- Providing families with community resources and contacts based on their needs.
- Adhering to state-mandated IFSP regulations and paperwork requirements.
