- Reviewing our food safety checklist to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania state law and EcoSure.
-Checking the roster for the day to make sure we are fully staffed for a successful shift.
-Evaluating the kitchen prep list to make certain we can accommodate the expected traffic for the day.
-Managing the flow in front of house to be in tandem with the kitchen staff execution.
-Inputting computer entries for daily sales, balancing meat sheets, paying out tipshare and confirming the expected cash for the day.
Additional management responsibilities involve writing and posting employee schedules, forecasting labor, invoicing, writing truck orders, processing payroll, maintaining kitchen equipment through Service Channel, resolving guest complaints, onboarding new hires, and participating in manager conference calls and meetings.
