Having spent over a decade in the service industry, I have developed a broad knowledge base in a variety of positions both front and back of house, and a familiarity with a broad array of cuisines. A passion for learning and history also fuels my knowledge of food and drink techniques both modern and historical, which I apply both to creation and customer interaction, ensuring they get a quality experience in both taste and knowledge.
