o Develop and maintain substantial subject matter expertise across the product solution suite for Cigna Healthcare, including but not limited to clinical, advocacy, navigation, and network programs, spanning across various sectors and segments of Cigna clients

o Participate in creating and executing an internal messaging plan to express the value of the Clinical Program Development team

o Complete ad hoc, fast, turnaround requests related to enterprise Clinical Value Messaging needs, as well as required ongoing administrative tasks

o Build and maintain team's Sharepoint, organizing and updating RFP/RFI requests, projects, and meetings with SMEs

o Identify healthcare trends and patterns leading to actionable insights for business growth

o Leverage Salesforce to retain important RFP/RFI documents, track requests, and any provide strategic guidance in follow up and best and final offer requests as well as finalist presentations

o Provide emergent care to critically ill patients while

interpreting patient information to make critical decisions

o Perform diagnostic tests including EKGs, administer medications and treatments

o Communicate with physicians and other health care professionals regarding changes in patient condition

o Experience working with ventilators, warming and cooling equipment, artificial airways, peritoneal dialysis, intravenous medications, catheters, PICC lines, central and arterial lines

o Management of care under contact, droplet, and airborne isolation precautions

o Management of patients during their oncology journey. Monitoring of each patient including lab results, office visits, and treatment regimen while assessing physical and mental health of patient and family

o Identification and management of issues and escalations, closing gaps in care while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

o Functioning in both a CM and UR capacity- inpatient and outpatient authorizations as well as clinical trials, network adequacy requests, and single case negotiations

o Manage escalated cases while communicating with various parties to resolve issues. Coordinates home health care, DME & medical supplies
