• Set up and prepared cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity.
• Prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Changed and sanitized cutting boards, benches, and surfaces between tasks to avoid cross-contamination.
• Maintained well-stocked stations with supplies and spices for maximum productivity.
• Created identical dishes numerous times daily with consistent care, attention to detail, and quality.

Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and Activities coordinator, I assisted in resident care activities as well as transportation to and from activities. I also assisted in passing fresh ice water and meals to residents. I provided additional assistance with resident room visits as well as other duties that were specifically needed during my time at William Penn. I enjoyed spending time with residents and being able to help facility staff in my capacity as a volunteer.
