I started off as a team leader and within 2 months I was promoted to head team lead. I worked closely with management to achieve goals and keep staff on the right track. I was also in charge of sending and receiving trucks and assigning team members to load and unload trucks.

• Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.
• Served as a role model for the team by demonstrating commitment to excellence, professionalism, and adherence to company values at all times.
• Coached team members in techniques necessary to complete job tasks.
• I was hired for part time and within a few months was offered full time and was running the operation by sending and receiving ULDs. I was in constant contact with the airport and FedEx. Another couple months went by and I was made team lead.

• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
• Expanded skill set through continuous learning of new techniques, tools, and equipment related to laborer tasks.
• Improved worksite efficiency by maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• I would use a forklift everyday to load tents, poles and cement anchors.

I was hired as part time but after getting trained and learning the in and outs I started becoming a top seller. Within a couple months I was offered full time and it really helped me to develop my skills. I was in the top three sellers and became a trusted employee. About 5 months into the job i was made team lead and was in charge of assigning roles and doing the end of the night too count out paying employees and paying the company what was owed out of everyone’s book.
