Perform vital sign checks and manage intake/output measurements.

Provide comprehensive perineal care, catheter care, and incontinent care, nail care, oral hygiene, toileting and showering.

Document resident data and report vital changes promptly.

Administer medications and monitor blood glucose levels.

Assist with oral hygiene, showering, incontinent care, dressing, and toileting.

Coordinate meal distribution and hydrate as per care plan.

Provide in home care to IDD consumers, ensuring safety and comfort.
