- My current position is data driven. My job is to review benchmark data for a group of students with specific reading deficiencies. Using that data, I create goals for those students. For their instruction, I create mini lessons that target those goals and I teach those in small group settings. Each week, I progress monitor my students and track their progress using Linkit software.
