I was a travel nurse to this facility. I was the Unit Manager on the dementia long term care unit. I oversaw the day to day operations to ensure that the regulatory requirements were met and that resident s received excellent care. When travel contracts were cut, I took a DON role in Frostburg to assist them in improving the building. When a full time opening came up at Bethel Park, I rejoined the team.

I oversaw the day to day operations of the nursing unit in a long term care facility. Along with my team, we achieved a deficiency free PA State Health Inspection in 2019 which is a lofty goal in long term care.
