  • I am responsible for keeping the entire line running efficiently with excellant quality standards. From the material room where PCR is pumped through, regrind is pumped through. To making sure the 3 extruders stay full of material. I am responible for trouble shooting any and all equipment on my line. Calling maintenace if i need help. I learned that experience is eveyrthing. Most of my training came from hands on approach. The will and drive to have a successful shift. Make numbers and quality laundry detergent bottles. I am responsible for starting and stopping fhe wheel. As well as clearing and cleaning the flow head and pin and bushing after i stop the wheel every time. I am responsible for retrieveing bottles blown and bottles packed every hour and logging it into stream line. As well as every hour take a log bottle weight and 4 labeled weights and record those weights into the company quality program on the computer. Every 4 hours i take 6 bottles and perform dimensions on all the bottles which includes calibrating the quality equipment. I am responsible for adjusting the Alps if need be. The spigot machine if need be. The capper machine the autotec or trimmer if need be. Also the Case packer. If I have a crushing bottles issue. I bought my own set of tools I can go in make sure case packer is locked out and adjust the fingers to where it won't crush anymore. Also im responsible for the sticker machine that places a sticker on every box as well as making sure the sticker has the correct information on it. And keeping the sticker roll and ribbon roll full. Keeping the adapter pad and all the sensor cables clean and good condition so the sticker machine can perform like it needs to. I am responsible for communicating with the moen operator or box maker operator on bad corrugated through a radio i wear on me through out the shift. Im responsible for making sure my radio is fully charged so there's no communication loss. I am responsible for making sure the autefa which stacks the packed boxes into one 6 box high skid has enough strapping. If it runs out its my job to change the strapping. And lastly Its my job to make sure I can clear all the faults that stop the autefa. I prefer the hands on approach of training. All the knowledge I have learned came from me getting my butt kicked and having the supervisor ask me why. I learn through everything I used to struggle with . We all learn somthing new everyday. I am very good with trouble shooting and adjusting and fast paced environment. Im careful when im climbing a ladder to get to the top of the hoppers for my line.
