  • Built Campaigns, Ad sets, and uploaded individual Creatives to Unity, Meta Business Manager, Applovin, and Google Ads platforms. Tracked metrics and replaced creatives on networks as requested. Additionally familiar with the Kochava dashboard.
  • Answered support emails for app portfolio. Addressed customer in-game bugs, purchase errors, and content discrepancies escalating and delegating such issues to appropriate parties through Slack and KanbanFlow.
    Play tested new releases. Before updates were pushed live to the Google Play and the App Store checked for errors, ensured ad placements as well as ad network's functionality, and purchase validation. Responsible for manually releasing updates, verifying platform approval, monitoring update stability, and fully releasing said update to all users. If update was not to appropriate standard developers were contacted and crash logs were provided when applicable.
  • Moderated and when appropriate created in game content. Reviewed word lists for Infinite Word Search, approved and initially difficulty rated trivia questions for Trivia Night, and clues for Crossword Quiz. If content for games was of unique interest personal word lists, questions, and clues were generated. Familiarization with content and play testing expedited the correction of in-game errors.
  • Advised on in-game improvements to attract new users and maintain user retention. Became a consumer advocate when focusing on improving the current suite of games as well as the creation of new games and was integral in discovering potential pitfalls for new users in places such as the onboarding process. Generated new features and functions to introduce into games based on customer feedback and in-game experience when certain processes were discovered to be excessively difficult, lacking in content, or lacking appropriate presentation. Such ground floor familiarization allowed for expedited workflow between UA, QA, bug testing, and moderating responsibilities.
