Primarily responsible for Millennium Low Rise Insulation Adhesive, bonding adhesive and EDPM/TPO accessory products for the commercial roofing industry
End-to-end sales - Manage every aspect of our sales process including OEM private label relationships, national distributors and pushing orders through by creating contractor demand
Established and maintained a reputation of trust and reliability that has allowed me to annually grow OEM accounts including Sarnafil, Elevate, JM, GAF and others on a yearly basis for 13 years
Work with national distribution accounts including Beacon, ABC, SRS along with ProFast in the PA, NJ, MD, DE and VA markets and have produced annual growth year over year. This business includes selling high volume stocking orders and the sales support required to create quality partnerships for long term growth. Sales support involves frequent branch visits, training, job start assistance and networking events with major contractors
Supporting contractors includes fast action and responsive problem solving. Through my sales support with contractors I drive sales at the field level in conjunction with our national OEM and distribution partners.
Technical field support - Roofing manufacturers frequently require ANSi/spri testing to be provided to architects, consultants and FM Global
I work with OEMs and contractors with project planning in order to provide field testing results in a manner that prevents any delays from our end
