• Key to achieving customer satisfaction was oversight of Westinghouse team to deliver expected product quality on budget and with-in the defined schedule
• The portfolio of customers included: Exelon, AEP, Dominion, XCEL, PSEG, PPL and Canadian market
• Measurements for success were Customer satisfaction, Westinghouse Margin as Sold.

• AP1000 design finalization which was focused on engineering design deliverables to Westinghouse Licensing, China – both the Sanmen and Haiyang sites, SCANA and SNC
• Extensive customer Interfaces for design finalization and included Westinghouse design partners, DOE, the AP1000 Owners Group, Sanmen & Haiyang Organizations, SNTPC and the JPMO used to execute the Chinese projects
• Key aspects to the success of the AP1000 projects was organizational development, the definition of design processes and development of the tools and new equipment required for design completion.

• Executive management responsible for all aspects of the business from product development through service execution, including profit and loss
• The company included operations in both Germany and Sweden.

Held various engineering and progressively more responsible leadership roles that contributed to my success in the above executive roles, encompassing: Alloy 600 Service's, Equipment Design & regulatory Engineering, System Analysis Engineering, Resource and Support Operations.
