• Lead a combined drilling product lines business in Ecuador & Argentina. Increasing revenue and profitability reverting a negative trend to positive numbers by proper market segmentation, CAPEX execution and head count sizing.
• Start-ups of Drill Bits Repair Centers in Colombia & Argentina in compliance with DS-1, API & ISO standards.
• Start-up of Guyana as part of LATAM offshore portfolio with Zero HSE incidents or SQ events.
• Drove reliability improvement on a Drilling Services R&M shop operation. Achieved less than 4 % NPT for Argentina clients. Certified the facility on ISO9001.
• Lead team development during star-up process for a Drill Bits service in Argentina, shaping a multitask team, increasing market share from low single digit up to 22% in Vaca Muerta Basin.
• Reduce Total Cost of Ownership by 10% for major oil operators in Ecuador & Colombia by customized technology development.
