Title Alliance, LTD. is a real estate title agency management holding company managing over 20 joint venture real estate title insurance agencies spanning 40 office across twelve states with over $30 million in gross revenues. As Chief Administrative Officer Ms. Cyr has primary oversight of finance & accounting, compliance, escrow and operations.

Beneficial was a $6 billion diversified financial services company providing consumer and commercial banking services in PA and NJ. Ms. Cyr was responsible for setting the strategic growth objectives and managing over 60 branch locations with $4.2 billion in deposits.

St. Edmond's was a $300 million community bank established in 1853 that conducted an initial public offering in 2004. Ms. Cyr was responsible for leveraging the capital and expanding the footprint from South Philadelphia into the Philadelphia suburbs and Southern New Jersey and coordinating the acquisition of the Bank by Beneficial Bank.

Susquehanna Patriot was a $2.2 billion subsidiary of Susquehanna Bancshares operating 36 banking centers in Eastern PA and Southern NJ. Ms. Cyr was responsible for monitoring lending and credit risk and financial reporting.

Roxborough was a $900 million community bank serving the Philadelphia market with 15 branch locations. Ms. Cyr was responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, investments, and asset/liability management.
