  • Lead the opening of The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino in 2022, a 210-room hotel that's connected to Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Current departments include Front Office, Housekeeping, Bell/Valet operations, Revenue Management, Sales/Groups, Marketing, VIP, and Central Call Center. Created and established all departments, took over PBX operations from the casino to merge with the hotel. Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Player Development/VIP Services to ensure we are positioned successfully in the market and within our current database. Build rewards/VIP offers in our PMS/Casino Software and upload to players accounts. Merged five brick and mortar casinos and three hotels to one corporate central call center to maintain and handle all guest needs. Established all departments budgets, hiring guidelines, compliance needs and strategies for day-to-day operations.

Developed comp training and strategies to roll out across multiple departments, focusing on how many points it took to earn direct mail/promotional offers. Assisted in creation and implementation of promotions, VIP events and gift programs. Worked on the rollout of the first Sports Book in PA. Utilized different departments on peak days to operate satellite locations.
